Love Beyond Boundaries : British Airways campaign ‘Fuelled By Love’

Inspired by a true story of a British Airways cabin crew member, the brand new campaign by British Airways called,“Fuelled by Love”, has been getting an incredible response from the audience globally. This ad film, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, follows the story of a UK cabin crew member’s maiden trip to India and how she develops a special bond with a grandmother in the flight who is flying back from UK to India.

Human emotions are beyond language, age or anything for that matter. The connection between those emotional cords is so strong that it can give away your presumptions, fear and hesitations. The emotions are portrayed brilliantly in the new British Airways ad called “Fuelled by Love”, which not only reminds you of those priceless moments with your grandmother, their unconditional love and care, but also gives you a perfect example of the magic called love. The beauty of this ad is the way they have captured the intricate details of fragile emotions. From helping the grandmother to wear her socks, sharing her emotions to make her comfortable, from the small talk to remind her about her family, are those delicate details which make this ad film exceptionally unique. Watching those moments in this new campaign will make  your tears roll down before you realise it.

It showcases how British Airways provide efficient service to their passengers by taking care of their small needs. It proves the fact that they have a deeper understanding of our country and its cultural roots.It just does not end there. It also speaks profoundly about that fact that how care and love can create a strong bond beyond your imagination. The grandmother inviting the cabin crew member to her house to attend the festival is simply adorable. Helena, the UK cabin crew member is introduced to the Indian culture, the hospitable nature of the Indian family, food, and also a rich Indian heritage. The highlight of the moment is when the grandmother gives her home-cooked food and the handkerchief, which is completely fuelled by love. It translates the human emotion so beautifully that it sparkles your teary eyes with a big smile on your face.
