Chhole Bhature, originally a Punjabi offering is now synonymous with the streets of Delhi. Chhole Bhature with its piping hot chickpeas curry and fluffy bhatures are a satisfying meal that can be breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. With the side serving of onions and chilies, Chhole Bhature will definitely satiate your taste buds. There are several old and new eateries across Delhi serving lip-smacking Chhole Bhature. However, Sita Ram Diwan Chand, Bille Di Hatti, Chache Di Hatti, and Pandit Ji are a few that should not be missed. Momos

Momos are one of the most recent additions to the culinary scene in Delhi as if it has always been a part of it. These tiny little dumplings are filled with anything and everything including chicken, vegetables, paneer, mutton, pork, etc. Irrespective of where you are in Delhi, you will come across some locally famous eatery serving Momos.     I’ve had chaat before and it was delicious! And kebobs are an all time fave. I would love to try authentic Indian versions when visiting India, I imagine it to be more flavourful and tasty! Great recommendations!
