Why JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is The Perfect Choice for Your Luxury Stay? Find Out

The very first impression of the JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa was overwhelming. The grandeur of the architecture, painted in white and royal blue, with an alluring backdrop of the Aravalli hills was eye-arresting. The moment you arrive at the property, you will be in awe of this magnificent palace hotel for all the right reasons. The soothing music played by the local artists at the entrance of the lobby, the lotus marble fountain with tikri artwork adorning the royal furniture, gigantic chandelier, and the warm hospitality, make you feel nothing less than a royalty. Only 29 km away from the Jaipur International Airport, the resort certainly introduces you to a regal lifestyle, but with all the modern amenities you can think of. The vibe of the place is refreshing as it celebrates traditions yet, giving a modern twist to it. The resort can be one more reason to visit the Pink City of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

I have just come back from my luxury holiday with JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa and the experience of enjoying royal hospitality has made a lasting impression on my mind. Here are some of the reasons why you should book your next luxury holiday with JW Marriott, if you wish to have a royal affair in Rajasthan.

Royal Hospitality

The hospitality of the JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is anything but royal in nature. The moment I stepped out of the car, I was royally welcomed by the,“man with a big umbrella”, who escorted me towards the lobby. The smiling staff of the resort opened the door, which was followed by a traditional welcome, which included things like, Arti, applying Tilak on forehead and garlands. Soon I was accompanied by the hotel staff to my pre-booked royal pool villa on a buggy. I really liked the way the staff goes extra miles to make you feel comfortable. They happily explain each facility in the room and assist you if you need any.

Experience Luxury Stay

The JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa has eight distinctive guest room categories to choose from the 200 spacious luxury rooms, villas and suites, for your stay. I stayed in the Royal Pool Villa to indulge luxury in private.

With the plunging pool, daybed, sitting area, fountain, walk-in closet, bathtub along with each modern amenity, the resort has redefined lavishness with a quiet elegance. The best thing about the villa is that it allows the guests to enjoy their luxury in complete privacy. The aesthetically designed each corner of the room speaks highly about thoughtfully offered facilities, keeping in mind the comfort of the guest. I really liked the way the space is utilized inside the room. My favorite was definitely the concept of placing the daybed alongside the pool, where I spent most of my time relaxing.

Location

The location of the JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is one of the winning factors for me. I like hotels and resorts that are tucked away from the buzzing city centers and always look for peaceful and quiet places for my vacation.

The resort gives you every reason to come back again to this beautiful location, encircled by the Aravalli range, where only the sound of peacocks will be heard all day long. The location allows you to soak in the holiday mood completely, away from your mundane daily life in the concrete jungle.

Architectural Marvel

The JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is nothing less than an architectural marvel in the pink city. Inspired by the opulence and grandeur of the royal Rajasthani palaces, the imposing architecture of the upscale resort gives you a glimpse of the regal lifestyle. Bringing back the lifestyle of the Maharajas of the bygone era, the resort blends the modern elements seamlessly with traditional influences.

Whether it is the traditional “jaali” work that gives you an illusion of space, the “tikri” work that steals your attention towards the finest mirror work or the beautifully crafted arches with blue and golden paintings on it, distinctive royal furniture, sparkling huge chandeliers, ornate fountains, hand-painted peacocks in each corner, wherever your eyes meet, the resort shines as an oasis of style and indulgence.

Picture Perfect

The JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is picture perfect. It can be the best choice for a photo shoot for pre-wedding, modelling assignments, magazine covers or even film shoots as well. Every corner of the property is designed with such precision that it can be just the right frame for any kind of professional and personal shoot.

You can’t go wrong with your photography here. I was amazed how each frame of mine turned out to be a stunning one. And yes, it is Instagram worthy.

Unique Dining Experiences

The resort houses three restaurants and two Lounge & Bar. Each one holds its own specialty. Like the Sukh Mahal is an all-day dining restaurant featuring Regional, Indian and International cuisines. It offers a wide spread of buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a la carte menu. I preferred having breakfast here with the flute recitation in the backdrop each morning.

The sound of flute, played by the artist every day gives a calming effect early in the morning. One of the highlights of my dining experience at Sukh Mahal was the specially curated menu prepared by the chef Ganesh Teli.

The four course menu consisted of wild mushroom soup, crisp chicken in Szechuan sauce, stir fly veg with basil chilli sauce, grilled lamb chop and pan seared salmon with green pea and edamame mint risotto. I finished my lunch with a dessert named Textures of Chocolate. It was one mouth-watering lunch I relished at Sukh Mahal.

The Mohan Mahal, the Indian specialty restaurant is nothing less than a dream when you step inside. Inspired by the Sheesh Mahal of Amer fort, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience.

It is a fine dining restaurant where instead of traditional lighting, candles are used, to create a more personal touch to your dining experience. When the flames reflect on the thousands of mirrors, which are displayed across the restaurant, it certainly gives you the feeling as if you are dining at the Sheesh Mahal. ( A detailed post will come soon)

When it comes to the culinary experiences, Mohan Mahal will stun you with the finest Indian specialty dishes, the taste lingers in your mouth for hours, after you have finished dining there. I had one unforgettable dining experience here.

The Hawa Mahal is a rooftop restaurant, which gives you stunning views of the Aravalli range, especially during the sunset. It offers the delectable Mediterranean cuisine to its guests, while relaxing under the ‘chattris’ in a starry night.

Apart from that, the Lounge & Bar named Preet Mahal offers the perfect ambiance to indulge in some fine cocktails and a commendable range of exclusive wines.

From the finest Tea Selection to a Royal Coffee Affair in the mornings and the rarest selection of Malts to Cognac in the evenings, ‘Jharokha’ gives you a suitable ambiance to a fresh start of the day in the morning and changes the mood into a more relaxed setting in the evening.

Perfect Venue

The newly opened (8 months old) JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is already becoming the preferred choice for the big fat Indian weddings. They have hosted 15 weddings already, which is a very good number, considering the fact that the property is a new addition to the five-star luxury hotels in the city.

Sprawling across 51,000 sq.ft. of indoor and outdoor venues, including Vikramaditya Ballroom (11000 sq. ft.), and two meeting halls, Nahargarh and Jaigarh (900 sq. ft. each), the hotel offers venues for meetings, conferences, special events, etc. Two lush green lawns offer a magical setting for personal events. The resort also houses a Hindu temple in the premises.

One can also indulge in the most rejuvenating Spa experience there. The resort houses a gym as well. The guests can also opt for cycling around the property, go for a city tour and experience lunch at “Once Upon a Time” restaurant of Nahargarh Fort.

Hi Parnashree, great post. I have also stayed there and i would agree it is a great place to stay even though it is just outside of the main city but it is worth it. The staff is great and helpful. They take care of you a lot. I was there with my friend and she became sick while we were there and the staff bring us our breakfast in the room and also prepared us a ginger tea which was really helpful for my friend.

I love JW Marriott properties but this is the winning one as it has the confluence of ancient royal cultures with modern amenities. I loved the location of this place which is surrounded by Aravalli hills and it is so peaceful and relaxing. Also, it looks picture perfect location and it is good they are hosting Destination weddings too.

Marriot hotels truly are stunning. While I also agree with the fact that even tho they’ve snuck away from the bustling city, they are peaceful and tranquil. I haven’t stayed at any Marriot but I’ve always been fancied by their royal treatment to their guests so I couldn’t be more excited to spend my birthday with them this year!

Yes, I’m completely sold! If I ever make it to India one day, Jaipur is where I’ll visit first! The architecture here is stunning, and the scenery outside like a dream! The restaurant sounds equally tempting too, love the photos!
