An Urban, sophisticated and effortless collection of style and statement is what conjures up in mind at the very thought of “A Summer Affair”, an event organized by Vajor.com at Olive Bar and Kitchen on the 12th of May.
Being invited to a fashion and lifestyle event was a wave of freshness to the life of a traveler like me, who is always on the move. What really hooked me was the very concept of this event and it enticed me to be a part of it. At the very outset, the setting combined with beautiful music and the lovely chattering elite crowd was in itself an intoxication for the senses.
Whether it was the “May collection” with its fascinating ethnic yet contemporary Ikkat design and earthy wear for the woman on the move or “Earthy Quirk” with its Boho collection reflecting the modern woman’s gypsy soul, it was a sheer delight to the eye and mind. The bright and the subtle blend of the bold and the beautiful caught my attention.
Classic garments combined with on-trend pieces to create a new look both fresh and vibrant coupled with new silhouettes and total looks inspired by nature was definitely awe-inspiring. For the trendy and fashionable, there was a wide range of accessories such as jewelry, sunglasses, hats and scarves to give a complete look.
The exotic collection of lifestyle products, with a wide array of home décor items such as glassware, drink dispensers, jugs, cushion covers, wall arts, etc., clearly reflected the theme of the event.
There were some lip smacking delicacies to tickle the taste buds. For the connoisseurs, there was scrumptious Mocktails and Wine to choose from. The entertainment factor too was taken care of to keep the crowd engaged further.
While music added to the ambiance of the place, the stand-up comedian, Rajneesh Kapoor kept us enthralled with his simple and witty repartee.
If you are looking for fluid and flawless fashion statement in this summer season, Vajor is the brand you should look up to. I can’t wait to flaunt in the trendy summer collection on my upcoming summer holidays.
